Some of the marines, their wives and children, and male convicts, except the sick, are landed and encamped.

Stock, consisting of 4 mares, 2 stallions, 4 cows, 1 bull, 1 bull calf ewes, 3 goats, hogs and poultry is landed at Bennelong Point.

Capt. Hunter and Lieut. Bradley lead a boat party to survey the harbour. They meet several groups of Aboriginals.
